Some clients prefer to keep their business or project details private. In those cases, we publish feedback only when we have permission and remove information that could reveal confidential details.

Do you edit client reviews?

We do not rewrite a review to change its meaning or make it more positive. For layout purposes, a long review may be shortened into a faithful excerpt, with a link to the full original review.

Do you pay clients to leave positive reviews?

No. Reviews should reflect a client's genuine experience. We do not recommend buying reviews, providing rewards for positive ratings or asking people to submit feedback for work they did not receive.

Why do ratings or review counts sometimes change?

Third-party platforms can receive new reviews, remove content that violates their policies or update how ratings are calculated. The live platform profile is the authoritative source.

Can every client expect the same results?

No. Results vary according to the service, market, competition, budget, website, implementation and other factors. Reviews describe individual experiences and are not a promise of rankings, traffic, leads, sales or revenue.

Can I speak with a previous client?

Client introductions may be possible only when the client has explicitly agreed to be contacted. We do not share private contact information without permission.
