Any custom terms approved in emails or proposals will also be considered a part of this agreement.
Web Tech Genix will create written content for the client as per the agreed requirements and scope.
We ensure that all content is fact-checked to a reasonable extent and does not violate any copyright or third-party rights.
Clients may request revisions within the agreed timeline. Web Tech Genix will cooperate during the editing and proofreading process.
Clients must review the final draft for spelling, grammar, and factual accuracy.
Web Tech Genix is not responsible for any errors found after the content goes live.
Web Tech Genix will design and develop a website based on the client's requirements, number of pages, features, and agreed conditions.
Web Tech Genix is not responsible for inaccuracies or errors in content provided by the client.
Up to three revisions are included (varies by package)
Major layout or structural changes are not part of revisions
Additional revisions or changes after approval or after the website is live will incur charges
A small "Website by Web Tech Genix" link will be placed in the footer.
Removing this attribution may require an additional fee.
Due to the nature of the internet, Web Tech Genix is not liable if the website experiences:
Cancellation is allowed only if work has not started and the request is made within 1 calendar day
After this period, cancellations are not accepted
₹500 + 18% GST per hour
(or as per your support package)
We provide unique logo concepts based on research and creative direction.
We will provide alternate designs if a trademark application is rejected
We do not guarantee trademark approval because we do not have access to the entire trademark database
Additional variations may be provided if trademark issues arise, but final approval remains the responsibility of trademark authorities.
Any conditions discussed and approved in email or proposal will be considered part of these Terms & Conditions.
Web Tech Genix reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
